Heritage 250 Congressional Award in Cultural Excellence

In honor of Erie County 250th celebrations, the General Pulaski Association, Congressman Tim Kennedy, and Erie County 250 are recognizing 250 individuals with the Congressional Award in Cultural Excellence.
This banquet honors those who furthered the mission of their cultural organization, exemplified outstanding service to their cultural community or community at large, facilitated cross-cultural relationships with their interaction and leadership, or contributed to the well-being of Erie County and Western New York.

Our Mission
The General Pulaski Association is dedicated to preserving the memory and legacy of General Casimir Pulaski through educational, cultural, and commemorative events that foster historical awareness in the Western New York community and beyond. We strive to be actively engaged in cultural celebrations to strengthen Polish American heritage and promote unity among diverse groups. Through our cultural ties, we contribute to the welfare and enrichment of our community and help foster unique opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
